This Privacy Policy describes how LegitLoad("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use LegitLoad at https://legitload.com. Third-party products you use to reach us (for example a sign-in provider such as Google, or Stripe for payments) have their own privacy notices. Commercial terms are in our Terms of Service.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and authentication: email address, display name, profile image URL, and internal account id. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
  • Billing: payment details are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and plan identifiers — not your full card number.
  • Usage data: technical logs needed to secure the service and fix errors.
  • Cookies: session cookies for authentication. Where enabled, PostHog may process limited product analytics.
  • Public registry data: we process publicly available FMCSA carrier records (including contact fields published by FMCSA) to provide monitoring and verification features.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve LegitLoad.
  • To authenticate accounts and process subscriptions.
  • To send service alerts related to carrier record changes you monitor or claim.
  • To detect abuse and protect the security of the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors that help us run the service (hosting, authentication, payments, analytics) under appropriate agreements, and when required by law.

4. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.

You can update account details from the Account page, manage billing via Stripe, and request access or deletion by emailing legitload@pyxl.ai.
